Pearson Consultancy was founded in 2012 and offers both planned and reactive outsourced HR and Facilities Management Services tailored to your Company's individual requirements. Within its Directors, there is over 12 years' HR experience and over 35 years' experience gained in Property Management - both commercial and residential.
Susan Pearson, Chartered MCIPD
Chairman & CEO
Susan Pearson founded Pearson Consultancy Ltd in 2012. Susan is responsible for running the Company, overseeing its continued development.
Susan is also responsible for the HR side of the Company. She has a wealth of HR knowledge gained from working with companies such as Mercer, Lloyd's of London and Salamanca Group. Focussing on the strategic planning of HR as well as the inevitable reactive ER issues.
Susan is CIPD qualified, having completed the PGDip in 2007 with the University of London. She also graduated with a BSc degree in Russian with International Business & Economics from the University of Surrey.
Geoff Williamson, MBIFM
Facilities & Projects Director
Geoff Williamson has been the Facilities & Projects Director for Pearson Consultancy Ltd since its creation in 2012.
Geoff has over 35 years' experience in Property Management, and has spent the last 15 years building up a substantial network of quality service providers whilst implementing an array of services to many high-profile clients.
Geoff comes from a construction and facilities background, acquiring his experience while working for companies such as the National Farmers' Union (NFU), Her Majesty's Court Service (HMCS), Lloyd's of London, Balfour Beatty Workplace and EDF Energy.
